Epinova.PermanentLinkKeeper updated

Epinova.PermanentLinkKeeper was released a while back, and has been running fine in several production environments since then. As with all software, however, it wasn't flawless.

Some updates have been done to our beloved link keeper:

For multi language sites: Every child page of a moved page is now logged with correct language branch. Before this fix, only the page that was actually moved was logged with its correct language branches. Single language sites are not affected by this.
Silently failing when not able to create database. Some error handling added to make sure your site will not vioolently fail in the face of your visitors if the current database user does not have access to create the database.
